The dining room, with its strategically placed mirror will provide all diners in this room with magnificent views of the lake. There is a door leading out to the patio for those balmy evenings when dining alfresco is preferred.

The Master Bedroom, located on the ground floor, is an exquisitely appointed room and benefits from an equally impressive en suite bathroom, including jacuzzi and shower.

The double bedroom located to the front of the first floor, close to the jacuzzi and shower room has an adjoining balcony with seating outside enabling enjoyment of the sights and sounds of Waitangi Bay.

Stunning views across Lake Tarawera are a feature of the twin bedroom located to the front of the first floor.

The office is downstairs, quietly situated with inbuilt shelving, desks and storage with its own door leading out into the garden. Services are installed for telephone, fax and computer with broadband access.

The property has a double garage with remotely operated electric doors with inbuilt storage cupboards. Double doors at the back lead through to a small side garden with washing lines. There is a door leading through to the main house via the laundry room.
