Spa pool, tennis courts, beach and walled BBQ area
Down by the boat shed is a large open air spa pool surrounded be tree ferns. There is an all weather tennis court and a walled BBQ area down by the beach. The sandy beach is at the bottom of the garden and is a great place for a swim or to catch a fresh trout.
Entrance To The Lodge
The first thing you see when you visit Waitangi Lodge is the
striking entrance with its solid wooden remotely operated electric
gates flanked by river stone walls and pillars. The gates can
also be operated from the house via video phone. The long,
sweeping, private driveway takes you past post and railed fenced
paddocks and the tennis courts and then over a wooden bridge
which goes over the trout spawning stream to the front door.
